First payment

If FilePaster isn't right for you, email support@filepaster.com within 14 days of your first payment with your order number. We'll refund it in full.

Renewals

Yearly renewals aren't refunded. You can cancel anytime from your Lemon Squeezy order page and keep access until the end of the year you've paid for. You won't be charged again.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your rights

This policy doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
